Description: Esta capa es una actualización de la capa ES_DemarcacionesMarinas enviada por España a la Comisión Europea en el marco del reporting del artículo 4 y 5 de las Estrategias Marinas en Octubre de 2012. v2017: Con respecto a la v2014 sólo se actualizan las áreas. La superficie que aparece en la tabla de atributos se ha calculado de acuerdo a las siguientes proyecciones: Canarias: UTM ETRS89 Zona 28 N Sudatlántica: UTM ETRS89 Zona 29 N Estrecho y Alborán, Levantino-balear, Noratlántica: UTM ETRS89 Zona 30 N.v2014: Con respecto a lacapade 2012se modifican las demarcaciones: 1) Estrecho y Alborán: Se modifica el ámbito de Melilla (se excluyen las aguas del puerto de Nador), la posición de la Isla de Alborán y el límite exterior más oriental de la Demarcación (para adaptarla al RD 236/2013), 2) Demarcación Levantino-Balear: Se modifica el límite exterior para adaptarlo al RD 236/2013. 3) Demarcación Sudatlántica y Noratlántica: se representa una aproximación dellímite de sus aguas a partir de un documento enviado al MAGRAMA por el Instituto daConservação da Natureza e das Florestas de la administración portuguesa en agosto de 2014 motivado por el solapamiento parcial existente entre el Lugar de Interés Comunitario (LIC) “Volcanes de Fango del Golfo de Cádiz” con las aguas jurisdiccionales declaradas por Portugal. Dicho documento adjuntaba dos mapas elaborados por la Secretaria Do Mar que incorporaban la mencionada situación referente al Golfo de Cádiz así como el caso del LIC “Banco de Galicia”, situado frente a las costas gallegas, junto con el límite de las aguas portuguesas en esa zona.Este shapefile es de índole técnica y no pretende representar las fronteras oficiales.
